Spirit Bear's Chaga
Longevity Tea
This raw Chaga is hand-harvested by our friend, First Nation elder, Spirit Bear who is of the Sioux Lakota tribe from South Dakota. He now lives in Canada in the Temagami First Nation community.
Spirit Bear harvests chaga from trees that are over 100 years old, from the old growth forest of Temagami district. This chaga comes to us from the land of the Deep Water People, Ndakiimnan and from the traditional territory of many nations including the Anishinabewaki, Cree and Omàmìwininìwag (Algonquin) peoples.
Each birch tree is blessed in gratitude before harvesting the mushroom sustainably and respectfully. This is sacred and powerful chaga.
