How to read this chart. Every brand prints a different kind of number. Rainbo's 3,000mg is a dried-mushroom equivalent: about 313mg of concentrated fruiting-body extract (1,000mg each of Lion's Mane at 8:1, Reishi at 16:1 and Cordyceps at 8:1) standing in for 3,000mg of dried mushroom. The other brands on this chart print the weight of mushroom powder in the cup, or an extract weight, with no extraction ratio. Each row shows what that brand's own label says. Where a brand gives no ratio we count its figure as 1:1 dried mushroom when we call ours the highest on the chart, which is the most generous reading for that brand. Prices are regular retail on the brand's own site on 2026-09-09, before promotions; a brand that sells only in Canadian dollars is shown in Canadian dollars, not converted. 1. Reishi · the physical work capacity study
In a 30-day randomized, double-blind study, female college students who took 1,000mg of Reishi daily improved physical work capacity and grip strength.
