Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). Orders placed after noon EST on Friday’s and over the weekend will be processed within 1-3 days from the following Monday. We will always email you an order confirmation with tracking information. Please note all prices are in USD.

USA Shipping (outside promo periods)

Shipping to USA takes 5-14 business days depending on location.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 to the contiguous U.S. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx for all deliveries and will ship based on the method you select from the available options at checkout.

*In an effort to have shorter transit times during the holiday season we are offering a flat rate to use UPS for all USA shipping.*

Be aware that packages may be subject to duties and customs fees which are not calculated at check out. Rainbo has no control over these fees and they will be billed upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.

Rainbo is not respobsible for any lost, stolen or damged packages. We highly encourage you to include the route package protection on all purchases.

Route is a customer facing platform that allows you to easily file a claim to receive either a refund or replacement package if the issue falls under one of those three categories.

International Shipping

Unfortunately we have had to temporarily suspend our international* shipping option. We are currently working on an optimal solution.

Our Subscription Cancellation Policy

Our Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received them in. This means that the plastic safety seal must still be in tact and not tampered with. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the arrival date of your package. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product and you didn't contact our customer service team (, you do not qualify for a return.

Once we've connected over email, you can return the product to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges). Once we receive the item(s) at our warehouse, we can provide a refund on the payment method used to purchase (we do not provide a return shipping label). Please remember that the return shipment has its own transit time, therefore refunds won't be issued immediately.
