Orders and Shipping
COVID-19 UPDATE: Shipping couriers have suspended delivery standards. Customers should anticipate delays due to newly implemented safety measures.
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). Orders placed after noon EST on Friday’s and over the weekend will be processed within 1-3 days from the following Monday. We will always email you an order confirmation with tracking information unless you choose local pick-up. Please note all prices are in USD.
Shipping within Canada takes an estimated 1-14 business days depending on location.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. We use Canada Post service for all free shipping deliveries, otherwise will ship based on the method you select from the available options at checkout.
Shipping to USA takes 5-14 business days depending on location.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to the contiguous U.S. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx for all deliveries and will ship based on the method you select from the available options at checkout.
*In an effort to have shorter transit times during the holiday season we are offering a flat rate to use UPS for all USA shipping.*
Be aware that packages may be subject to duties and customs fees which are not calculated at check out. Rainbo has no control over these fees and they will be billed upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.
Unfortunately we have had to temporarily suspend our international* shipping option. We are currently working on an optimal solution.

Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Rainbo products and our mushrooms wholeheartedly.
If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we want to know. Please email email@example.com, and include your order number and a description of the reason for the desired return.
Once we've connected over email, return the product to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges). Our shipping address will be provided via email. Once we receive the item(s) at our warehouse, we can provide a refund on the payment method you used to purchase (we do not provide a return shipping label). Please remember that the return shipment has its own transit time, therefore refunds won't be issued immediately.
To receive a full refund to the original payment method used, orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
We will gladly refund the purchase price of your unopened, returned product in full within sixty 60 days of the original purchase date.
