How do I take it?
4 mL of each, once or twice a day, with food. The dropper fills to 1 mL, so 4 mL is four fills. Add it to coffee, tea, matcha or water, or take it straight under the tongue. Both go in the same drink.
What does it taste like?
Turkey Tail is glycerine-based, so it is lightly sweet and earthy; plenty of customers take it straight from the bottle. Chaga is earthy too, and in a coffee or a tea latte it disappears.
Is there an alcohol-free option?
Turkey Tail is always alcohol-free. Chaga comes alcohol-based, where the alcohol is the solvent that pulls out the triterpenes, or glycerine-based. Choose at checkout; alcohol-based is the default.
