Effective date: July 21, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Rainbo CFO Agent application (the "App"), a private, internal software tool owned and operated by Rainbo Health Foods Ltd. ("Rainbo", "we", "us"), Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Section 1 — Scope. The App is an internal financial-reporting integration. It connects to Rainbo's own QuickBooks Online company on a read-only basis to retrieve accounting reports for internal analysis. The App is not distributed, sold, or made available to the public, and its only authorized end users are Rainbo and its designated personnel.
Section 2 — License. Rainbo grants its designated personnel a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the App solely for Rainbo's internal business purposes. No other rights are granted. The App and all related materials remain the property of Rainbo.
Section 3 — Data. The App accesses only Rainbo's own company data (financial reports and ledger detail) via the QuickBooks Online API, using credentials held by Rainbo. Data is stored on Rainbo-controlled systems, is used only for internal financial reporting and analysis, and is not sold or shared with third parties. Handling of any personal information is described in Rainbo's Privacy Policy at https://rainbo.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Section 4 — Acceptable use. Users may not use the App to modify accounting records, may not share App credentials, and may not use the App for any purpose other than Rainbo's internal financial reporting.
Section 5 — No warranty; limitation of liability. The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainbo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Section 6 — Third-party services. The App interoperates with QuickBooks Online, a service of Intuit Inc. Use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own terms. Intuit is not a party to this Agreement.
Section 7 — Termination. Rainbo may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time. Sections 3, 5, and 8 survive termination.
Section 8 — Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
