Vilda's Spiked Whipped Cream Espresso
This drink has the spirit of an Irish coffee (thanks to the nutty, almost boozy hit from a very generous dose of our 11:11 tincture), but is more similar in character to a classic espresso con panna (Italian for espresso with whipped cream). The marriage of bitter espresso and rich sweet whipped cream is an ode to our polarizing nature’s ability to come together in a harmony that could never be achieved through likeness. The sweet cream tempers the bitterness of the espresso, and adds just enough richness to pleasantly round out the acidity. A pinch of fresh ground cardamom adds an irresistibly aromatic flair, one we’d recommend not going without!
Ingredients
4 dropperfuls Rainbo 11:11
A double shot of delicious espresso
Rainbo Forest Juice to taste, optional
2 tablespoons heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
A generous pinch fresh ground cardamom
Instructions
Add the 11:11 tincture to the bottom of a small, beautiful glass. Pour in the piping hot espresso. If you prefer your coffee with more sweetness than the cream itself provides, sweeten the espresso to taste with a touch of Forest Juice. Layer on the whipped cream, then finish with a sprinkle of cardamom.
