Chia Pudding

This chia seed pudding is a great mood booster for your morning, lunch or evening. Packed with Omega-3s, your brain will be ready to go all day or night. 

Ingredients

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs 
  • 1/2 tbsp bee pollen***
  • handful of blueberries 
  • 1 tbsp nut butter 

** Maca powder is an adaptogenic superfood known for boosting energy and potentially helping with libido and fertility. We also love it for its nutty flavour.

*** Bee pollen is another nutrient powerhouse that works as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and has been shown to potentially help the liver. It has a chewy texture that tastes like honey.  

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender, combine cashew milk, banana, maca powder and the 11:11 tincture. Blend for 45 seconds or until smooth  
  2. Pour cashew milk mixture into a bowl and add the chia seeds. Whisk until combined, then cover and put in fridge overnight
  3. To prepare your chia seed pudding, just sprinkle on the cacao nibs, bee pollen, and blueberries. Finishing it off by drizzling some nut butter on top
