Chia Pudding
This chia seed pudding is a great mood booster for your morning, lunch or evening. Packed with Omega-3s, your brain will be ready to go all day or night.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cashew milk
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 tsp. maca powder**
- 4 droppers of the 11:11 tincture
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Toppings
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1/2 tbsp bee pollen***
- handful of blueberries
- 1 tbsp nut butter
** Maca powder is an adaptogenic superfood known for boosting energy and potentially helping with libido and fertility. We also love it for its nutty flavour.
*** Bee pollen is another nutrient powerhouse that works as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and has been shown to potentially help the liver. It has a chewy texture that tastes like honey.
Instructions
- In a high speed blender, combine cashew milk, banana, maca powder and the 11:11 tincture. Blend for 45 seconds or until smooth
- Pour cashew milk mixture into a bowl and add the chia seeds. Whisk until combined, then cover and put in fridge overnight
- To prepare your chia seed pudding, just sprinkle on the cacao nibs, bee pollen, and blueberries. Finishing it off by drizzling some nut butter on top
