Combine all ingredients in a bowl until a thick sticky dough forms.
Place a piece of parchment paper onto a baking sheet and form a brick like shape with the dough. Ideally the dough should be around an Inch and a half thick.
Put into the oven and let cook for 20-30 minutes or until just starting to get golden.
Take the biscotti out of the oven and use a pastry cutter to vertically slice the brick into individual biscotti's. Then arrange the biscotti's cut side up on the baking sheet and let cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy on top.
To serve, an optional garnish is to drizzle melted chocolate over the biscotti's and finish with a sprinkle of crushed almonds.
