Tonya's Rainbo Coffee


  • 8 oz coffee (we like to use organic, fair trade beans and the Aeropress)
  • 1/4 cup nut milk of choice
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
  • Sweeten to taste with Forest Juice Maple Syrup


  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender
  2. Blend on high 
  3. Pour frothy deliciousness into a cup and enjoy!

Be sure to practice safe coffee!

  • drink water as soon as you wake up, yes before your cup of Joe!
  • alkalize first with lemon water and or juice, smoothie, food
  • consume coffee after food, not on an empty stomach
  • drink plenty of water throughout day to prevent dehydration
  • remineralize by adding sea mins to your water
