Turkey Tail Digestif Cooler
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups of water
 - 1 tbsp dried Chamomile flowers
 - 2 tbsp dried Lemon Balm
 - 1/2 tbsp dried Lavender flowers
 - 3 inch knob of fresh ginger
 - 2 lime's worth of juice (squeezed)
 - 4-8ml of Turkey Tail tincture
 - 1 tbsp. Forest Juice Maple Syrup, honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
 
Directions
- Bring the water to a slight boil and add in the chamomile, lemon balm, lavender and ginger
 - Turn off the heat and cover with a lid to let steep for 10-15 minutes depending on how strong you want it. If you are adding a sweetener, you would add it in now and give it a stir
 - Once steeped to your desired taste, strain into a jar and add in 4-8ml of the turkey tail tincture and the juice from the 2 limes
 - Set in fridge and let cool
 - Serve over ice with flowers of choice or a slice of lime
